This website is operated by Taishin Group Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "our"), the official distributor of Hishin DietGrain. By accessing or purchasing from this store you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Our products

Hishin DietGrain is a natural black-sesame multigrain meal-replacement food product. It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary depending on diet, lifestyle and consistency. The product is intended for healthy adults aged 18 and above. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.

3. Shipping & delivery

We offer free shipping across Malaysia. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days for West Malaysia and 3–5 working days for East Malaysia, subject to courier conditions. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Returns & exchanges

Because this is a consumable health product, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, sealed and in their original condition. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and the Hishin DietGrain brand — is owned by or licensed to Taishin Group Sdn Bhd and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taishin Group Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
